Join us for this new chapter of hosting at home yoga retreats
with the Salt Spring Centre of Yoga.
July's home yoga retreat has a theme of incorporating the healing knowledge of Ayurveda in your life and yoga practice.
Daily morning practices include gentle breathing exercises accompanied by guided meditation to harmonize body and mind. Followed by morning and afternoon yoga classes to suit all levels. Saturday evening includes a fun and interactive introducing Ayurveda concepts and getting to know your doshas better! There will be plenty of free time to get outside and supplement your at home yoga retreat experience the way you like.
All classes will be held on-line over Zoom.

3:30 – 4:45 pm | Restorative yoga asana class |
7:00 – 8:00 pm | Evening program on Ayurveda |
