Manifest what you want and let the rest go.

We speak through our energy whether we know it or not.

 

The vibrational frequency generated by our thoughts and beliefs emit from our bodies and creates a vibration or tune that then attracts the same vibrational frequency back to us.

 

So in other words, you do not get what you put out, you bring in what you are. If you are operating at a high-positive-grateful vibrational frequency, this will also be drawn towards you.

 

Shift your vibrational frequency and be in the now embodying a state from the highest version of yourself.

 

In this meditation I take you through 4 steps to manifest what you want and let the rest go.

  1. Gratitude
  2. Re-Program
  3. Remove stuck energy/ blocks/ beliefs
  4. Feel into your highest vibration
