7:30 – 8:00 pm – Opening Circle

8:00 – 9:00 pm – Oilation (Self Abhyanga, Karna Purna, Nasya)

9:00 – 9:30 pm – Sauna

 

Saturday February 1st

7:00 – 7:30 am – Shat Karma (Daily Routine Cleansing Practices)

7:30 – 8:30 am – Sadhana Class (Breathing and Meditation)

8:30 – 9:15 am – Chai Tea Break

9:15 – 10:30 am – Asana Class (Yoga for pacifying Pitta – Yoga for Anger/ Frustration/ Surrender Control/ Open to Flow)

11:00 – 12:30 pm – Brunch and free time

12:30 – 2:00 pm – Theory Class - Intro to Ayurveda/ Fundamentals/ Prakriti (Dosha Quiz)

2:00 – 4:45 pm – Free times (Ayurveda Treatments Available at Chikitsa Shala)

4:45 – 6:00 pm – Asana Class (Yoga for pacifying Vata – Yoga for Anxiety/ Grounding/ Concentration)

6:00 – 7:30 pm – Dinner and free time

7:30 – 9:00 pm – Theory Class – Ayurveda and Digestion (Agni/ Ama/ 6 tastes/ Guide for Healthy Digestion)

 

Sunday February 2nd

11:00 – 12:30 pm – Brunch and free time

12:30 – 2:00 pm – Theory Class – Ayurveda and Yoga – Stages of Dis-ease/ Yoga to balance doshas)

2:15 – 2:45 pm – Closing Circle

**Satsang starts at 3:30 pm thought not part of the program you are welcome to stay and participate. Satsang involves Kirtan and readings. 3:30 – 5:30 pm.
