It’s always a gift to be one of the teachers selected to be part of Yoga getaways at the Centre. This weekends I’m especially excited to offer an evening program on Ayurveda!
The weekend includes two nights accommodation, delicious vegetarian meals and a variety of yoga classes to suit all levels in the morning and afternoon. Morning practices include gentle breathing exercises accompanied by guided meditation to harmonize body and mind. There is plenty of time for hiking, quiet time, reading, get an Ayurveda wellness treatment or just relax and take in the peace and beauty.
