Fall in love with Fall
As the seasons change, and the weather becomes bipolar before the cool windy days sets in ‐ we start to feel out of balance.
 
This will be a 2.5 -hour class/ webinar on

  • how to understand the signs of imbalance during the change of season
  • touch on Circadian Rhythm
  • how simple routines can help
  • diet shifts to align with nature
  • options for adjustments in your yoga asana practice
  • emotional release meditation practice
  • Opportunity for questions
