Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breath)

Yoga Pranayama (life force energy or breath, restraint) - fundamental breathing practice.
This is the 1st of the 4 body purification breathing practices. This breath practice has an affinity to help calm the mind, balance the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system and prepare you for further breathing practices.
